Can children join the wine tasting?

According to France law all participants should be 18 years old or over. The venue is not suitable for children.

What time does it start and finish?

The “A Taste of the South Wine Tasting” starts at 17h (5pm) and finishes around 18h30 (6:30 pm). We may overrun depending on the amount of debate and questions.

Where can I buy the wine I tasted?

The wine you taste will be available for purchase with our favourite wine merchant around the corner!

Can you give more details about the wine tasting room?

The wine tasting is located in one of the oldest squares in the Old Town either outside on the terrace or tucked away in a charming cave depending on the weather.

What is the max group size?

The maximum group size is 12.

What is organic wine?

Organic wine is made from grapes grown in accordance with principles of organic farming, which typically excludes the use of artificial chemical fertilisers, pesticides, fungicides and herbicides. Some winemakers also exclude the use of any genetically modified organisms (e.g. yeasts).

The organic wine we will taste follows the European and French legal defintion of organic wine. Unlike the USA in Europe organic wine may contain a small amount of added sulfates.

Are organic wines kosher or vegan friendly?

The wines we taste are not certified kosher or vegan friendly.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, you book and pay the tour on our site. Credit card payment is processed by Braintree (PayPal), which accepts all major credit cards.

Is my payment secure?

Yes, credit card payments on our site is 100% secure. They are processed by Braintree, a division of PayPal. We do not store your credit card details.
